1. Introduction

Fixo (Fair Insight Expert Operations) is an asset valuation and inspection platform developed and operated by Atomuz Development LLC. Fixo is a product and brand of Atomuz Development LLC and is not a separate legal entity. Atomuz Development LLC (“Atomuz,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is the legal entity responsible for operating Fixo and the services available at appfixo.com (the “Service”).

The Service provides an AI-powered asset valuation and inspection platform for appraisers, lenders, and other authorized users.

This Privacy Policy explains how Atomuz Development LLC, through Fixo, collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards personal information when you use the Service.

This Policy applies to users in the United States, including California residents.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

• Account & identity: first name, last name, email address, and, where applicable, mobile phone number.
• Business plan (if applicable): company name.
• User-generated content: files, images, photos, or documents you upload or submit through the Service.

2.2 Automatically Collected

• Usage & device data: IP address, browser/OS type, pages and features used, and timestamps.
• Cookies & similar technologies: analytics and functionality tracking.

2.3 Payments & Subscriptions

Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive subscription status (e.g., active/canceled and plan type) but do not store or access full payment card details on our servers.

2.4 AI Processing

Inputs you provide, including uploaded content, may be processed by AI models to generate valuations and related outputs. We do not use your inputs to train publicly available models without your consent.

3. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

• Provide and operate the Service, including accounts, valuations, inspections, and support.
• Manage subscriptions and process payments through Stripe.
• Ensure security and reliability, including fraud prevention and crash reporting.
• Improve the Service through analytics and feature development.
• Send transactional emails and service announcements.
• Send operational SMS messages when users have provided the appropriate consent.
• Send marketing communications if and when enabled, subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements.

4. Subprocessors & Service Providers

Atomuz Development LLC relies on trusted service providers to operate Fixo. These providers may process information on our behalf, including:

• Clerk (authentication)
• Supabase (database, storage, and hosting)
• Stripe (payments and subscription billing)
• Google Analytics (usage analytics)
• Firebase Crashlytics (crash reporting)
• SendGrid (contact/support email delivery)
• Mailchimp (email marketing; may be enabled in the future)

We may also use communications providers to facilitate operational SMS messaging.

5. Cookies & Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Service and understand usage, including through Google Analytics. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect some features.

For California residents, certain analytics activities may constitute “sharing” under applicable privacy laws. Where required, you may exercise applicable opt-out rights. We do not sell personal information.

6. Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. We only receive and store limited subscription metadata, such as plan type and subscription status, and do not store your full payment card number. Stripe handles payment information and payment security independently.

7. Data Retention

Account data: We retain account information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service and fulfill legitimate business, security, billing, and legal obligations. Account information will be deleted or anonymized when no longer required, subject to applicable legal and operational retention requirements.

Account deletion: Requests to delete an account or associated personal information may be submitted to contact@appfixo.com.

Uploads & outputs: Uploaded content and generated outputs may be removed following account deletion, except where limited retention is reasonably necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, backup, or other legitimate operational purposes.

8. Security

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to safeguard personal information, including encryption in transit, role-based access controls, and secure authentication through Clerk. However, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Service is intended for adults and business users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child under 16 has provided personal information through the Service, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action.

10. Your Choices & Rights

• Access & update: You may modify certain account information through your profile settings.
• Delete: You may request deletion by contacting contact@appfixo.com.
• Marketing: You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe instructions contained in those communications.
• SMS: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. You may reply HELP for assistance.
• California residents (CCPA/CPRA): Depending on applicable law, California residents may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain information regarding the processing of their personal information. We do not sell personal information.

11. International Transfers

Data is primarily processed in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be processed in a country with data protection laws that differ from those in your jurisdiction.

12. Sharing & Disclosures

We may disclose information to service providers acting on our behalf, as necessary to comply with legal requirements, to protect the security and safety of the Service and its users, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.

We do not sell personal information.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The “Last Updated” date above will reflect the latest revision. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through email, the Service, or another appropriate method.

14. SMS Messaging Privacy

Fixo may collect mobile phone numbers from authorized users who choose to receive operational SMS notifications.

Fixo is operated by Atomuz Development LLC, and Atomuz Development LLC is the legal entity responsible for Fixo’s SMS messaging activities.

Mobile information, including mobile phone numbers and SMS consent or opt-in information, will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

SMS-related information may be disclosed to service providers solely as necessary to provide and support messaging services.

Users who have opted in to receive SMS communications may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Users may reply HELP for assistance.
