1. Introduction
Welcome to Fixo (Fair Insight Operations), an asset valuation and inspection platform developed and operated by Atomuz Development LLC. Fixo is a product and brand of Atomuz Development LLC and is not a separate legal entity.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of appfixo.com and the Fixo platform (collectively, the “Service”).
In these Terms, “Atomuz,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Atomuz Development LLC, the legal entity responsible for operating Fixo.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

3. Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to use Fixo.
- An account is required for most features.
- You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.
- Atomuz Development LLC may suspend or terminate access to Fixo for accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or violate applicable laws.
4. Description of Service
Fixo provides an AI-powered asset valuation and inspection platform that may integrate property and asset information from third-party data providers and APIs, including sources such as Zillow, Realtor, and Redfin.
The Service may provide comparative property data, asset inspection functionality, photo collection workflows, valuation tools, AI-assisted analysis, reports, and related features.
While the Service may be accessible globally, it primarily serves users in the United States.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
- All payments are processed through Stripe.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the applicable renewal date.
- Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated by us, payments are non-refundable.
- Applicable taxes may be added to the amount charged where required.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals.
6. Acceptable Use
- You agree to upload or submit only lawful, non-infringing, and appropriate content through the Service.
- You may not upload viruses, malware, malicious code, or other harmful material.
- You may not attempt to reverse engineer, improperly scrape, resell, interfere with, or exploit the Service except as expressly permitted by us or applicable law.
- You retain ownership of content you upload or submit. You grant Atomuz Development LLC a limited license to host, store, process, reproduce, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to operate Fixo and provide the Service to you.
7. Intellectual Property
Fixo, including its software, interfaces, designs, branding, content, and other proprietary elements of the Service, is owned by Atomuz Development LLC or its applicable licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, reproduce, or create derivative works from the Service except as expressly authorized by Atomuz Development LLC.
Content uploaded by users remains the property of the applicable user or rights holder. Atomuz Development LLC may process such content as necessary to provide and operate Fixo.
8. Account Termination
Atomuz Development LLC may suspend or terminate access to Fixo for violations of these Terms, unlawful activity, misuse of the Service, or conduct that threatens the security or operation of the platform.
Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time. Unless otherwise specified, access to paid features will remain available through the end of the applicable paid subscription period.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
Fixo may use artificial intelligence, third-party data, automated analysis, and other technologies to generate valuations, reports, estimates, recommendations, or related information.
Atomuz Development LLC does not guarantee that AI-generated valuations, third-party property information, reports, estimates, or other outputs will be complete, current, or error-free.
Users are responsible for reviewing and validating information produced through the Service before relying upon it for professional, financial, lending, appraisal, or other decisions.
Use of the Service is at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Atomuz Development LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from or related to your use of Fixo, including loss of profits, business opportunities, or data.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Atomuz Development LLC’s aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Service will not exceed the fees you paid for the Service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Atomuz Development LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Subject to applicable law, disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah, USA.
13. Modifications
Atomuz Development LLC may update these Terms periodically.
The “Last Updated” date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
15. Force Majeure
Atomuz Development LLC is not responsible for failures or delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, governmental actions, war, telecommunications failures, internet outages, third-party service disruptions, or similar events.
16. SMS Notifications
Fixo may send operational SMS notifications to users who have explicitly opted in to receive text messages.
SMS messages are sent as part of the Fixo platform, which is operated by Atomuz Development LLC.
Messages may include asset inspection notifications, asset photo requests, secure links used to submit asset photos, and other communications necessary to complete asset valuation or inspection workflows.
Message frequency varies based on platform activity and operational needs. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages. Reply HELP for assistance.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchasing or using Fixo.
SMS consent and mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
