Welcome to Fixo, LLC (“Fixo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of appfixo.com (the “Service”), an AI-powered property valuation platform for appraisers and lenders.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of Fixo.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Fixo.
• An account is required for most features.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• Fixo may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or laws.

4. Description of Service

Fixo provides an AI-powered valuation platform integrating third-party APIs from Zillow, Realtor, and Redfin to offer comparative property data. While the Service is available globally, it primarily serves U.S. users.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

• All payments are processed via Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
• All sales are final — no refunds or returns.
• Any applicable taxes or Stripe fees are charged directly to the user.
• You may cancel your subscription anytime to prevent further renewals.

6. Acceptable Use

• Upload only lawful, non-infringing, and safe content (images only).
• Do not upload viruses, malware, or malicious code.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or exploit any part of Fixo.
• You retain ownership of your uploads but grant Fixo a license to process them for valuation purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, designs, and software are the property of Fixo, LLC. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the Service without permission. Uploaded content remains yours, but Fixo may use it solely to operate the platform.

8. Account Termination

Fixo may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or misuse. Users may cancel anytime; access remains until the current paid term ends.

9. Disclaimers

• The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
• Fixo does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated valuations.
• Use of the Service is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

Fixo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the past 12 months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fixo and its affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Salt Lake County, Utah, USA.

13. Modifications

Fixo may update these Terms periodically. The “Last Updated” date reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Severability

If any clause is found invalid, the remaining Terms remain in effect.

15. Force Majeure

Fixo is not responsible for failures or delays due to events beyond its control, including natural disasters, war, or internet outages.
